Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the Sheraton Resort & Spa on Tokoriki Island was an incredible experience. I felt safe and welcomed throughout my stay. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the range of activities was impressive. However, while the dining was superb most of the time, there were a few areas where room service could be improved, especially during peak hours.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. The arrival experience was unique and added to the charm of the island. The snorkeling was amazing, and I loved every moment spent in the clear waters. However, while the service was friendly, it could be a bit slow at times, and I found the dining expensive for what was offered. Overall, the experience was relaxing with an idyllic backdrop, but keep an eye on the dining prices.
We had an amazing time at the resort, enjoying the beautiful beach and the outstanding snorkeling opportunities. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, but the dining experience was mixed; while some dishes were superb, the breakfast coffee left much to be desired. The service was excellent, although the environment was disrupted by families with children at times.
I recently stayed at Tokoriki Sheraton and it was an unforgettable experience. The resort is stunning with a beautiful beachfront location, and the staff were incredibly attentive and kind. However, there were a few minor hiccups with the dining service, and things could have moved a bit faster. Overall, excellent value for a relaxing getaway.
Our trip started off really well, with a beautiful island setting and enjoyable swimming, but there were quite a few letdowns throughout our stay. The management seemed to have fallen short, leading to an early departure from what expected to be a paradise. Although the island was gorgeous and many staff were friendly, the hassle we faced made it hard for us to fully unwind. We won't be returning anytime soon, as the experience felt more stressful than relaxing.
